The information exists.
The record doesn't.
Ghana keeps its history in fragments: a Wix page nobody updated, a WhatsApp group, a school filing cabinet, somebody's YouTube account. The Store Room is where those fragments get put back into a record you can search, check and argue with.
Everything is sourced, graded for confidence, and honest about the holes.
On the shelf
Kept here, because nobody else was keeping it.
The NSMQ Archive
Thirty-one contested editions since 1994, and the 2026 championship rebuilt contest by contest instead of winner by winner. Round-by-round scores where they were published, final totals where they were not, and a page listing what nobody wrote down.
Referenced, not moved
Three award systems, 1,321 sourced records, kept next door because that is where their readers already are. The Store Room catalogues them. It does not move them.
Gong Gong Awards Winners
Advertising, creative craft, media, campaignsThe campaigns, agencies and clients behind Ghana's flagship creative and media honours, with a public corrections ledger.
CIMG Awards Winners
Marketing performance, brands, people, organisationsThirty-six years of the people and organisations recognised for moving markets. The longest run of the three.
IPR Ghana Excellence Awards
Public relations, communications, practitionersThe organisations and practitioners recognised for shaping public trust. Small, because only two cycles survive verification.
All three live on marketing.kaditay.com beside the Ghana Agency Index, where the people who read them already are.
Still in boxes
Work that exists as a pile rather than a record. Listed so it can be looked for, not promoted to a project.

Why any of this
The official NSMQ past-winners page carries one field per year: the school that won. No contestants, no scores, no dates, no venues. Two of its year tabs say "No Competition held" without saying which years. A full day after the 2026 final it still listed 2025 as the most recent edition.
The record rots in public too. One outlet called Pope John "2021 champions" in one article and "2001 winners" in another the same week. Another put St. Peter's third on the all-time table with three titles. Mfantsipim has four. The tally on this site adds up to 31 contested editions exactly, so you can check it against anything else you read.
Keep the receipts. Show the arithmetic. List what is missing.
